Julianna Tagert is Director of Public Affairs. She directs and manages the U.S. Exchequer’s corporate development efforts, ensuring that corporate and institutional contributors get value from their support of U.S. Exchequer.Julianna earned a degree in Economics from George Mason University, where she was also the Treasurer of the Economics Society. She is particularly interested in the public policy aspects of finance and economics. She has previously worked in sales for Xerox.
Originally from Annapolis, she now resides in Washington, D.C. with her dog George.
Ryan Borkenhagen is the Director of Government Affairs. With years of government relations experience at the state and local level, Ryan has also gained success working with bi-partisan advocacy groups to pass initiatives. With his experience, Ryan is a welcome member of the FedPoint team.Coming from Denver where he earned a degree in Political Science, Ryan now lives in the DC area with his wife, Leslie.
Stephanie Donolli is Director of Public Policy. Stephanie graduated from Penn State University and is completing her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Indiana University.
Kim Mihalik is Director of Conferences and produces FedPoint events. She has worked as an engineering consultant with a multi-national firm before she founded her own organizing and event planning business.
Barry R. Smith is Director of Research. FedPoint uses the highest-tech internet systems to monitor news sources in Washington, New York and the world’s financial centers. Barry leads our efforts to keep our clients up-to-date on a 24/7 basis.
